I made mention of this on a Geeksters.org story today:

ReactOS is a free and open source operating system that will allow you to run Windows programs. It doesn't run them all, but it will run some things like Firefox. This release is big for them because it now has full networking. You can now surf the Net with it as well as use Samba to be on your Windows network.
