I learned something today....

Thou shalt not forget thine Hiren's Boot CD whilst leaving to work on someone's computer.....
Took me an hour to setup my linux box at home to allow me to download the tools needed at the worksite and do it over a dialup.

That when you're in a hurry, the more things get in your way.... 1. Like when you're at the grocery store, they run out of ribbon at the cash register when its ur turn to pay 2. at the bank, you suddenly found out you've filled up a deposit slip when ur supposed to fill up a withdrawal slip
3. in a cab, the driver either has a flat tire or get involves in a traffic accident, and that's after you passed a real heavy traffic
4. you rush out of the house and forget your wallet is in your other handbag
5. you were using a gas range and what else...it runs out of gas of course
6. just when you need a cab...not a one is on sight or all are occupied
7. and after all that, u finally get home...and congratulates urself and ask...what else can go wrong? you open your computer..and presto....NO INTERNET CONNECTION...!!!!

I learned that...the greatest thing you've ever learn is to love and be loved in return ... shakespear -- romeo and juliet.
Today I learned that:
1) the MRT and LRT will be operation 'till 12 mn (wohooo!!!)
2) that there is smokeless cigar !!! ... this will be good for smokeres and non-smokers as well
3) that distance really sucks especially when your loved ones needed you the most and all they need is for you to hold them and listen
4) the government wants to tax bottled water ... grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
5)that i can't be satisfied with one cup of rice alone lol!!! I'm a BIIIIIG eater tho am tiny lol!

I learned today that if you try to hit a cockroach, make sure u don't miss. Coz if u do, they will have sweet revenge on you. Last night I saw a cockroach flying around and it's soooo yucky and scary so I told the maid to hit it with her slipper. She missed and it flew away. This morning she woke up with a reddish lump in her right arm the sign of which is a cockroach bite!
