XM Radio - I'm Hooked

I picked up a Delphi XM MyFi for a great price off of eBay.  I gave them a call and got my service up and running.  I'm hooked with the quality of sound, the massive amounts of music they play over regular radio and the absence of annoying commercials.  With my account, I can also stream stations over the Internet for free.  The MyFi is a Walkman-sized device with lots of included accessories including a remote.  There are so many features, it will take me time to read up on them and begin to use them.  It works great in the car, but I can't locate a good place to stick the mount on the small dash of my 1982 Dodge Colt.  For now, it rests on my car seat when I'm driving, but I don't like it rolling around when I turn.  I'll need to figure out something and may place it next to the stereo system somehow in the dash.  Outside, the built in antenna does have some limitations and that is why they packed a "wearable" antenna with it.  I got two of those with mine, and I may order a second car antenna.    Also an issue, you must have your antenna by a window that faces south if possible.  It doesn't take too long to charge, but in the future, I may pick up a spare battery just in case.  The earbuds included are of high quality and really booms in your ears.  In all, it is what I expected if not more.  For $12.95 a month, I won't be complaining about local radio stations and their crappy programming any longer.

Ree,

I have a few questions about your XM service.

Now that you have used it for awhile have you found any limitations in the service or any "dead spots" in the reception? Some people have told me that anytime your in a downtown setting with alot of tall buildings there is a Brown-Out in the service, have you experienced that?

I would also like a link to the available XM programming if you have it. Do you have the choice of listening to all the stations, or is the $12.95 price-per-month a package that you picked and are there different packages?

Did you consider Sirius and if so why did you go with XM instead? Just Wondering.
